What I build
RAG chatbots over your documents
Answers from your documents, with citations.
A question is answered from your files, with the source, or declined when those files do not cover it.
AI voice receptionists
Answer calls, capture leads, update a CRM, and transfer to a person.
A call is answered from information you provide, logged to your CRM, and handed to a person when it should be.
AI shopping assistant and virtual try-on
Shopping help and virtual try-on for an online store.
A shopper finds a product by style or budget, and can preview it before buying.
Claude/LLM integrations
Claude or another LLM wired into an existing app.
The app you already use can answer, draft, or classify with Claude or another LLM.
AI agents and MCP servers
Agents and MCP tools that use your systems, with a human check.
An agent uses your systems, and a person checks it before it writes or sends anything.
AI content and automation
Product descriptions, captions, and email triage.
Product copy, captions, and email replies are drafted for approval before they go out.

FAQ
What if the AI makes up an answer?
It cites the source it used, and it declines when the material does not cover the question. Before you approve, that behavior is checked with your questions or test calls and written up in the pass/fail report.
Who owns the code and accounts?
You do. The code, phone numbers, and provider accounts are yours. Everything runs in your accounts.
Are AI and phone usage costs included?
No. The providers bill those usage costs. SPX Group gives a monthly estimate up front, before the build starts.
Is my data used for training?
No. The build uses providers’ API terms that say they do not train on customer API data. That is the provider’s policy, and it applies to the plan they describe in those terms.
Are calls recorded?
Callers hear a disclosure that they are speaking with an assistant. You choose whether calls are recorded. Confirm the setup with your own counsel.
What is your availability?
SPX Group works part-time, on a small number of builds at a time, and sends updates asynchronously.
